Convert's main products include power MOSFETs and power ICs. Power MOSFET products cover the voltage range of 40V-1500V, and have formed a full range of low-voltage, high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage products, as well as the development of FRMOS series products. For third-generation semiconductors, Convert has developed 650V-1700V SiC MOSFET product series. And for power ICs, the products include PWM control ICs and gate driver ICs.
